IS there such thing as oversized shoe trend?

Hi,

Which is weird because it has my size number on it maybe its the EU size? But either way there is about two fingers worth of space in front of my foot and I think thats tad bit too big but they don't look ugly on me. Should I wear them? If no what do i do with them I have no use my mom wants to give it to my cousin but if they are made in italy im thinking about selling them why give it away for free?
