 We EXCLUSIVELY revealed this morning how Christian Benteke is seeking a £150,000-a-week contract.
 
 That would make the true cost of signing the Aston Villa striker – believed to earn £60k-a-week now – almost £70m if he signed a four-year deal.
 
 Villa manager Tim Sherwood revealed last week that there is a buy-out clause in Benteke’s contract – understood to be £32.5m.
 
 But the Belgian target man, who faced Arsenal in yesterday’s FA Cup Final, is a man in demand.
 
 Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal are all keen.
 
 United are set to announce the signing of French defender Dayot Upamecano, according to the Metro.
 
 Upamecano, 16, who plays for Valenciennes, has received offers to join Manchester City and Arsenal.
 
 But United have swooped to agree a £450,000 fee, with the Red Devils believed to be preparing to announce his arrival in the coming days.
 
 Nacho Monreal has rejected a new deal at Arsenal.
 
 And, according to reports in Spain, he's set to sign on at Athletic Bilbao.
 
 Bilbao boss Ernesto Valverde has approached president Josu Urrutia with a list of signings he wants to make during the summer.
 
 Monreal, whose contract at Arsenal ends in 2016, is one of them and Spanish newspaper AS claim Arsene Wenger is now willing to listen to offers.
