ALVARO MORATA has been photographed arriving at Heathrow Airport ahead of his Chelsea transfer.
 
The Blues have agreed a £75m deal to sign the Real Madrid striker after missing out on Romelu Lukaku.
 
It had looked certain a few weeks ago that Morata would be moving to Manchester United.
 
 But Jose Mourinho found it difficult to negotiate with Real Madrid and opted to snap up Lukaku instead.
 
 Yesterday, Morata told Marca: “I am very happy, God willing, tomorrow I will be at Chelsea, a club that has always wanted me.”
 
 “I’m not disappointed about anything, I've won four titles here [with Real Madrid], but now I only think of putting on the Chelsea shirt.
 
 “I want to grow up, if I didn't I wouldn't have left. I'd like to thank Zidane and wish him luck for the upcoming season.
 
 “I’m going to the team managed by the coach who has placed the most faith in me, and that's great for me.”
 
 And the Spain international was seen touching down in London with his wife Alice Campello after flying over from Los Angeles.
