THE PREMIER LEAGUE season has finally come to a close which means the summer transfer window is fast approaching.
 
 The country’s top teams will all be searching for reinforcements to their squads as they look to improve on this campaign’s position.
 
 But who are champions Chelsea, Tottenham, Manchester City, Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United most likely to sign?
 Virgil Van Dijk to Chelsea
 
 Southampton’s imperious centre-back Virgil Van Dijk has attracted a lot of interest this season for his impressive performance but it isChelsea who lead the race.
 
 The Dutchman could fill the boots of club legend John Terry – who could play his last game for the Blues in their FA Cup final clash against Arsenal tomorrow.

 Wilfried Zaha to Spurs
 
 Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha was in scintillating form this campaign and his performances have attracted the interest of Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino.
 
 The Ivorian has netted seven times and supplied nine assists for the Eagles as they narrowly escaped relegation.

 Kyle Walker to Manchester City
 
 Tottenham right-back Kyle Walker spent the remaining weeks of the season on the bench with Pochettino favouring Kieran Trippier – and Manchester City are eager to snap him up.

 Schalke full-back Sead Kolasinac is said to be close to finalising a four-year contract with the Gunners, so it’s no surprise he is their most likely signing.

 Real Madrid playmaker James Rodriguez is keen to leave the La Liga giants after struggling to break into Zinedine Zidane’s side – and Man United are favourites to sign him.
 
 The 25-year-old Colombian fuelled further rumours of an exit when he was given a standing ovation after being substituted earlier this month.
 
 And Jose Mourinho is reportedly set to hold talks with the midfielder next week over a potential move.
