Ray Wilkins: Why Chelsea will run riot against Manchester City in key league game
RAY WILKINS expects Chelsea to crash Manchester City's title hopes in April.
Pep Guardiola's side appear to be the Blues' main Premier League title challengers.
City are third in the table, 11 points off the pace, but crucially have a game in hand.
The two side comes face to face in early April at Stamford Bridge - a game that could prove crucial in the race.
But former Chelsea midfielder Wilkins believes his old side will enjoy playing against City's leaky defence.
"We play Manchester City on April 5 at Stamford Bridge," Wilkins told Sky Sports.
"I can't see Chelsea losing at Stamford Bridge to Manchester City - they can't keep a clean sheet.
"And the way these players are playing at the moment they'll run riot against Manchester City, I'm sure."
Wilkins expects Chelsea to win the Premier League title and believes the trip to Old Trafford on April 15 could prove decisive.
"I just can't see teams beating [Chelsea]," Wilkins added. "The biggest game they've got is Man United at Old Trafford."
