Mogi Cup hosts Brazil Amputee Soccer Team for the first time

The opening of the tournament, which is part of the celebrations of 450 years of Mogi das Cruzes, will be held on May 28, at 8:30 am in the Gymnasium Sesi in Braz Cubas. The competition continues until May 30. The completion of the event is the Brazilian Association of Sport Handicap (ABDF) and the Municipality of Mogi das Cruzes. The organization is the Municipal Sports and Recreation (smele) and the Coordinator of People with Disabilities and Reduced Mobility (COPEDE), with support from SESI Braz Cubas and Braz Cubas Soccer.
 
Also participating in the event the Municipal Secretary of Social Welfare, Marinês Piva, president of the Brazilian Association of Sports for the Disabled, Mario Mello, the coordinating body responsible for the Disabled and Reduced Mobility (Copede), Valeriana Alves da Silva, coordinator of parasports of the Municipality of Mogi das Cruzes, Jose Dirceu Pinto, among others.
