Chelsea 5 Man City 1: Blues make light work of Manuel Pellegrini's young team



CHELSEA cruised into the FA Cup quarter finals with an easy win over a youthful Manchester City.
 
 Outgoing Etihad boss Manuel Pellegrini gave up on the game before it even started as he sent out a largely unrecognisable team.
 
 The Chilean had both eyes on City's Champions League last-16 clash with Dynamo Kiev on Wednesday and Guus Hiddink's men made him pay.
 
 Diego Costa opened the scoring before David Faupala levelled things up.
 
 Willian, Gary Cahill Eden Hazard and Bertrand Traore put the game to bed in the second half and there was even time for Oscar to miss from the penalty spot.
 
 Chelsea march into the quarter finals and Pellegrini had better hope that he gets a good result in Ukraine on Wednesday.
