Frank Lampard hints at wanting more Manchester City game time
 
 FRANK LAMPARD has hinted at being unhappy with his lack of action at Manchester City.
 
 The midfielder passed up on the chance to join New York City to stay with Manuel Pellegrini's side until the end of the season.
 
 But the ex-Chelsea star has found himself on the fringe of the Chilean's team.
 
 Lampard, 36, who has also written children's books, was asked by Match of the Day magazine what would be a happy ending to his season
 
 "I’d like to play more minutes and games – that would be a start!" he said.
 
 "Football is not always about fairytales, but my career as a whole has been a fairytale.
 
 "I never dreamed I’d get to win the Champions League with Chelsea and play for my country over 100 times. I’m pretty happy with that!”
