Quique Flores reveals influential Watford star is a doubt for Stoke clash



WATFORD boss Quique Flores has revealed Odion Ighalo is a doubt for Saturday’s home clash with Stoke - along with three other players.
 
 The Hornets top scorer limped off in their 2-1 cup win at Arsenal on Sunday.
 
 And Flores is unable to confirm whether he will make it as Watford look to seal their Premier League spot for another season.
 
 He said: “We have to check on the latest about Odion tomorrow, we have three or four players recovering.
 
 “Some of them are OK but maybe not all the players are ready. Some for sure, but the others not.”
 
 Watford will reach a magic 40 points if they beat Mark Hughes’ side.
 
 And Flores said: “Our target is very clear: to add points and try to get the maximum mark as we can.
 
 “My message for the players is next match is most important. We want to create energy in the stadium. This is a big year.
 
 “I don't feel worried about the players. I'm not afraid about anything. They feel strong and are competitive, they have a lot of energy.
 
 “We want to add more points. It is nine matches we have to play and I know the players are strong.”
