Deal Confidence: Jose Mourinho sure he will be Manchester United's next manager



JOSE MOURINHO remains confident he will replace Louis van Gaal at Manchester United in the summer.
 
 It has been reported that a number of factors could block Mourinho's dream move to Old Trafford.
 
 Ex-Chelsea doctor Eva Carneiro's legal battle with the Blues and Mourinho might impact on his United hopes.
 
 In addition, the Sunday Mirror claimed United bosses don't trust him with their young players.
 
 While Van Gaal's assistant Ryan Giggs is a serious rival for the job and a number of senior board members favour his appointment.
 
 But, according to the Manchester Evening News, Mourinho is sure he will get the gig.
 
 The former Chelsea boss has a gentlemen's agreement with United and executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward called him after the Europa League defeat at FC Midtjylland last month, fearing he was considering a return to Inter Milan.
 
 Mourinho has confirmed he plans to wait until the summer for his next job and said: "My next challenge, my next club? I really don't know.
 
 "I know I love football and will be back with the same passion and ambition as ever, having shown respectful behaviour to every manager and every club.
 
 "So I don't search for clubs — clubs search for me."
