Leicester star Jamie Vardy accepts FA charge - he could miss Man United clash


 
JAMIE VARDY has accepted the FA's misconduct charge and will miss Leicester's clash with Swansea on Sunday.

The England ace will not contest an FA charge of improper conduct handed to him following his red card in the Foxes 2-2 draw with West Ham on Sunday.
 
 His dismissal prompted an angry outburst from the striker towards referee John Moss.
 
 He is suspended for this weekend's Swans fixture with the Foxes five points clear at the top of the table.
 
 And Leicester face the possibility of losing the influential 29-year-old for their tie against Manchester United.
 
 Vardy has requested a personal hearing which is likely to be heard next week.
 
 England boss Roy Hodgson has defended the Three Lions ace and insisted he did not dive.
 
 He said: "Vardy got sent off at the weekend, but once again I will go out on a limb - I don't see that. I don't see that as a dive. I just don't.
 
 "I think he was unbalanced. I don't think it was a penalty either, I think he was unbalanced, running at that speed."
