Steven Gerrard joins Liverpool stars on plane to Seville for Champions League showdown

LIVERPOOL were pictured at John Lennon Airport today ahead of their trip to Seville.

The Reds take on the Spanish side tomorrow evening in a match that will shape how Group E will pan out.

Jurgen Klopp’s men are one point clear at the top of the group on eight points at the moment, but Sevilla would leapfrog them with victory at Estadio Sanchez Pizjuan.

With Spartak Moscow at home to bottom-placed Maribor, and only three points behind the Reds as it stands, the group could yet go down to the wire.

Sadio Mane, Jordan Henderson, Daniel Sturridge, Adam Lallana and Georginio Wijnaldum were among the star players snapped boarding the flight today.

Steven Gerrard was also on the plane to Spain as his Under-18 side are in UEFA Youth League action against the same opponents earlier in the day.
