 On April 17 in Padua, Italy held the 12th edition of the San Antonio Marathon.
 Present were 150 disabled athletes from different classes. Portugal had the presence of the following athletes:

   - Gabriel Macchi-Class T12 (Visually Impaired)
   - Alberto Baptista - Class T54 (Disabled)
   - Alexandrian Silva -

 All athletes Portuguese managed to maintain the minimum input / Preparedness Plan for London 2012.
