4 º Campeonato Brasileiro de Rugby Wheelchair
Competition will be held 14-17 July in Minas Gerais.



 It begins on Thursday, 14, 4 º Campeonato Brasileiro de Rugby Wheelchair. This year, the Venda Nova SESC (MG) will stage the dispute between the seven teams at the top of the podium. The ADECAMP (SP) is the team to beat, as is the current champion and strong enough to defend his title.

The sport is growing in the country since 2005, and in this edition, the National will have two distinct divisions, due to the large number of teams. In the first division, this week, teams of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Distrito Federal, Minas Gerais and Santa Catarina participate. Date and place of the second division has not been defined.

On Thursday at 8:30 am, opening ceremony takes place and soon the teams Andef (DF) and the HBS Rugby (MG) come into court for the first game. All teams will face each other until Sunday, 17h, scheduled for the closing ceremony and awards.

After the competition, will be published a list of athletes pre-summoned to defend Brazil in the Pan American sport, which will take place between 18 and 25 September in Bogotá, Colombia.
