Antonio Conte to recall Chelsea loan ace: Blues boss wants midfielder back


 
ANTONIO CONTE wants midfielder Mario Pasalic back at Chelsea.
 
The Croatian was farmed out on loan for a third time in August.
 
Pasalic has previously been on temporary deals at Elche and Monaco and is now at AC Milan.
 
 But he's not been given a chance at the San Siro by manager Vincenzo Montella.
 
 Starsport reported claims last month that Milan are weighing up sending Pasalic back to Chelsea in January.
 
 The People said yesterday that decision could be taken out of their hands, with Conte ready to recall the youngster.
 
 Pasalic hasn't played a single minute for the Italian giants since his move, with Montella opting to blood the club's academy talent instead.
 
 Conte is said to be ready to bring the 21-year-old back to Stamford Bridge in January.
 
 The midfielder was signed from Hadjuk Split in 2014 but is yet to play for the club.
 
 Pasalic played in domestic and Europa League football for Monaco last term but Milan don't seem interested in giving him a go.
 
 And Chelsea are ready to call time on his spell away and re-think their plans in the New Year.
