Brazilian wonderkid Nathan CONFIRMS he will sign for Chelsea
 
CHELSEA target Nathan has confirmed he is on the verge of joining the Blues.
 
 The Atletico Paranaense playmaker flew to London yesterday for a medical at the Blues' Cobham training base and should complete a £4.7m move by the end of the week.
 
 He said on Twitter: "Very happy!!! London to sign my contract with Chelsea and do tests.
 
 "Thanks to all for the care and reception."
 
 And Chelsea fans were quick to welcome the new boy to the club.
 
 Siham CFC tweeted: " welcome to the biggest club in England, the Champions, managed by the best manager in history Jose Mourinho."
 
 Another added: "I love you already."
 
 Chelsea are paying part of the £4.7m fee up front with further instalments in performance-related bonuses.
 
 Nathan will join fellow Brazilians Ramires, Oscar, Willian and Filipe Luis at Stamford Bridge.
 
 The teenager made his debut for Atletico Paranaense last year and has gone on to appear 11 times for the Brazilian club.
 
 He is capable of playing on the wing or as a second striker and has 14 caps for Brazil's Under-20s.
