IBSA World Games IV
Portuguese athletes to conquer the Middle East
The IBSA World Games IV will be held from 01 to 11 April 2011 in the vibrant city of Antalaya sports in Turkey, will attend an event where eight sports for athletes with visual impairments.
Portugal will be present with the National Team Championships for the Visually Impaired with eight athletes, followed by ten elements of the technical team, referring thereby to a total of 18 elements of the Portuguese delegation. The athletics events will be held 04-09 April at the Stadium of Antalaya Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate.
The Presidium shall have the responsibility to coordinate the delegation, the main objective of qualifying athletes for the Paralympic Games of 2012 in London and maintenance of all the athletes that make up the London 2012 Paralympic project, with the departure expectations were high and great spirit amongst all the entourage.
