Everton to KEEP Romelu Lukaku but fear Chelsea and Man City BIDS for Stones and Barkley
 
ROMA are struggling to find the cash to buy Everton striker Romelu Lukaku.
 
 The Italian giants have weighed up Manchester City’s Edin Dzeko but would prefer a younger model and see 22-year-old Belgium international Lukaku as their main option.
 
 Agent Mino Raiola has been in discussions with them and AC Milan as he tries to test the market for his new client - but Everton would hold out for at least £35million.
 
 Roma were hoping to pay a maximum £25m with promises of add ons.
 
 But that will be knocked back by the Blues, who also expect bids from Chelsea and Manchester City for John Stones and Ross Barkley.
